Very pleasant, peaceful, tree-house with shaded terrace and private enclosed garden in the heart of a secure residence.
In the kitchen you will find everything to compose your meals, Plate, oven and MO oven. Equipped with a dishwasher, a traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, and a toaster. There is an electric BBQ for outdoors . The fridge has a freezer section for ice cream. The small house is made up of a large room with sofa bed and 2 bunk beds with TV corner, a brand new shower room.

Outside, you will enjoy a large private terrace of 150 m2 with a dining table and chairs, a shade sail, 4 deckchairs for relaxing and a deckchair.
