It is a newly renovated, modern, cosy, semi detached house in a quiet, peaceful and safe area.

Although my house is a two bedroom house, only one of the bedrooms is available for rent, in addition to a bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room, conservatory and a garden.
As I live at the property, there are many of my belongings there but there will be a plenty of space for my guests’ belongings too.
I move out of the house when my guests arrive and leave it super clean for them. I may also request access to the property during my guests stay (based on agreed day/time).

At times, based on pre agreed date and time, I visit the property, mainly to collect some of my belongings. It usually happens when the property is rented for more than 3 nights.

I am always available and happy to receive and respond to text messages, any day/any time. With regards to phone calls, my availability is significantly reduced, Monday - Friday, 8.30-4.30 pm. Guests can try to phone, however, the likelihood that I will not be able to pick up, is high.
