For those who love/ dont mind noises of Hanoi- Not for light sleepers- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of 4-floors building/house.
The apartment is about 60m2 with 1 private bedroom, 1 spacious entrance way, 1 bathroom and 1 living room with sofabed and kitchen. All rooms are equipped with new facilities so you dont have to bring much with you except your own personal care.
From the living room you can have access to a spacious balcony, ensuring sufficient daily sunlight and oxygens

We took over the house previously used for office renting and reinnovated it into rented either long term or short term apartments. Inspired by the simple yet functional architect style of Scandinavian, the cosiness and family-friendly of American farm cottages and the traditional Vietnamese handicrafts, we would like to welcome our guest to the place to stay that is comfortable and admirable, both in and outside.

Since we share the rotating door with the cafe on the ground floor, we will have them open the door at 7am daily. However if you check in earlier than 7 am and later than 10 pm (their closing time) pls kindly inform us in advance so we can supply the key for the rotating door for you.

The surrounding area is a famous for an Hanoian street food “Phở cuốn”, steam phở roll with beef and herb. Just turn left from our neighbour cafe downstair (Cô hàng xóm), our fav is” Hưng Bền” store. Try the Phở cuốn (rollls); Phở chiên phòng (deep fried phở with beef).
The quickiest way to get to the Old Quarter is to go to the Truc Bach Lake (which is only 100m right from our apartments), ....
Around the corners there is K circle convenient store, which can provide you basically with everything you need during your short trip.
On the first floor you can see the newly open cafe “Cô Hàng Xóm”, meaning “ the girl next door”. The owner is so keen of the colour yellow as you can see. Thanks to him we dont have to provide alarm clock, just smell the coffee and wake up ^^.

I love to explore all the beautiful places, from natures to human made wonders and to be able to find a really good stay there as well- a place that can satisfy all these factors: local/nature - culture - convenient - comfy. I hope to welcome guest that is looking for a home from away, not a hotel full of service with a maid at your doorstep. If you need anything, pls kindly let us know in advance I ll try my best to accommodate you and also provide you with local wisdom as a friend would do. If you find things are weird to your norm/standard, lets chat, lets communicate like a friend. Pls dont just say nothing, pretending that everything is perfect and leave a harsh review for our future guests. If you stay in my home I hope you will respect this humble law ^^
