Of course you have use of the shared spaces: the bath/shower, the toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining room, and the living room. Note that the house does not have a television, but does have free Wifi.

I will be available to talk with you about the attractions Hobart has to offer. There is a spare bicycle which you could hire for a small cost. I am familiar with some of the local hiking tracks, so we could talk about these.
