Luxurious three bedroom apartment on the third floor in the prestigious Azure development in Headland Road just yards from the coastline, with spectacular views over Newquay golf course and Fistral Beach.
All the luxuries you’d expect on your holiday including huge balcony with outdoor dining table, armchairs and sofas, underfloor heating, 55” TV, Nespresso coffee machine, Sonus speakers, fibre WiFi.

Stepping out on to the large private third floor balcony relax whilst having a glass of wine whilst watching the waves on one of Cornwall’s finest beaches, Fistral Beach.
14 Azure is a beautiful five star platinum apartment and has been designed with relaxation and luxury in mind. The large main living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining and seating area, opening on to a large balcony with outstanding views.
Meals can either be taken at the dining table, or on the six seater balcony table whilst watching the sun set.
The large balcony also boasts two armchairs and a sofa to enable guests to relax outside in total luxury.
With a spacious and warm living space, relaxing on the large sofa gives a wonderful alternative to wearing yourself out on the coastal walks, and if entertainment is needed, you are well catered for with a 55 inch Samsung 4K TV and a PS3 console with a selection of games.
The bedrooms are the epitome of comfort, with two double bedrooms and a twin room, all providing solid teak beds offering a relaxed environment to recount the adventures of the day, whether you have been learning to ride the waves with one of the plethora of surf schools or taken the opportunity to visit one of the many fantastic restaurants around the town.
The master bedroom includes a large walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with double basin, shower and WC. The family bathroom comprises bath (with shower over bath), basin and WC.
Underfloor heating throughout the property.
Video entry phone system and fob entry into gated underground garage.
Reserved individual surf store just off car park to store all wetsuits, body/surf boards etc and a shower. Body boards provided for guests’ use.
Washer/dryer in property.
All the extras you would expect in a luxurious property including Nespresso machine, iPod docking station, Sonus speakers and good WiFi connection.
Azure is a residential building and therefore consideration towards fellow occupants must be observed at all times. As a consequence the apartment can only be let to families and couples and is not suitable for large groups who wish to party during their stay.

There is a dedicated reserved parking space for one car in the underground car park. Please note although the space is tight for larger vehicles I use it to park my own 4x4 car. If more space is required there is a large public car park within 100 metres of the property. There is a height restriction of seven feet for all vehicles using the garage.
In any guests would like to book for a stay not starting on a Saturday, or for a length different to seven days, please message me your request and I will see if it is possible.
Please note that at the present time, due to the covid-19 outbreak, the property has been “de-cluttered” for the benefit of all guests. This means that for the time being all books, magazines, dvds etc have been removed. This will not only help ensure no infection can be spread but also assist the cleaners in ensuring between each stay the property can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
