ISLAND PARADISE VACATION HOMES is a self catering property located in the heart of Black Bay, Vieux Fort. This property occupies a truly unique position overlooking lush green hills, tropical vegetation and a stunning sunset. Our apartments are near the Hewannora International Airport (UVF, 7 minute commute), shopping, nightlife, supermarket, public transportation and more. The ambiance and outdoor space offers a true Caribbean experience in a friendly and quiet neighborhood.

The apartment has three rooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each have a queen size bed and share a common bathroom. Loveseat and coffee stable setting inside for lazy afternoons. Our bedroom windows are mosquito netted so you can sleep in comfort while enjoying the Caribbean breeze. Each bedroom is equiped with the air conditioning units in the event that your preference is the for the cooler temperatures. The apartment has complimentary Wi-Fi and smart TV.
A complimentary starter pack of bottled water,coffee, tea and sugar is provided for all clients. Your kitchen is equipped with a french press, assorted tea and coffee, refrigerator, microwave, a stove and a washing machine. All crockery and cutlery is delightfully selected for your use.
One complimentary housekeeping service for each week of your stay is provided by us. Additional cleanings can be requested for an extra charge. Please speak to us if you wish to schedule additional cleanings. These refresh cleanings are to change your Bath and Beach towels, bed linen and a general refresh of the suite. We supply you with a variety of cleaning products including laundry detergent which you can use in between cleanings.
We understand the travel hassle with liquid items and also provide shampoo & conditioner and shower gel for your comfort.
Car rentals available on site. Booking in advance is recommended. Message for prices and further detail.
Special prices on island adventures and excursions for clients staying with us. Feel free to contact us for further details. There is a folder with brochures of a variety of tours and activities on the island which we would be happy to arrange for you. A welcome info package is given on arrival about surrounding areas and ideal adventures.
Arrival and departure transfers could be arranged for you. Please message us ahead of time with your flight information and other particulars such as amount of luggage etc.
Public Transport is a short walk away. Please note the service can be sporadic on Sundays and evenings. We recommend car hire for flexibility and comfort. We are happy to assist with arrangements.

St Lucia has seasonal times for different events. Just to name a few, the cricket season usually begins by early March and ends with the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) in August/September. The Internationally acclaimed St Lucia Jazz Festival is held in May. Carnival is held during the second week of July. Our Creole Heritage Month is every October. The Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) takes place in November.
St Lucia is a very sunny and breezy island, so wearing a hat and use a high factor sun cream is beneficial in avoiding sunburns/sunstrokes.
Car rental on site. Special prices for clients. Booking in advance is advised.
Complimentary use of a local mobile pay as you go phone is available for $50USD refundable deposit on return.
English and French Creole speaking hosts.
