Located in the heart of Orem is our very spacious 3 bedroom mother in law, basement apartment. With a total of 8 sleeping spaces, this apartment is great for families. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short 30 min drive to the beautiful Sundance resort. 10 min drive to Utah Valley University, and just 15 min away from Brigham Young University. We are happy to help with anything you might need. Feel free to message me with any other questions you might have.

We have have twin beds in all of the bedrooms, with the exception of one double in one of the bedrooms. We also have a queen size blow up mattress if needed. We have basic appliances fridge, stove/oven, toaster oven, and microwave. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher, but a drying rack and dish soap are provided. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils. Please contact me if you have any further questions.

Downtown Provo is just a short 10 min away and is a very cute center street. It is full of little shops and some really great places to eat. Some of our favorites are Rockwell Creamery, Red Deli, Don Joaquin Tacos, and Station 22.

This is a basement apartment, so my husband and I live upstairs. We both work throughout the week, but will be in and out of the house periodically throughout the day. We love to help however we can and will be there to help with anything you might need. Also, you may hear us going up and down the stairs as our laundry is located in a separated part of the basement.
