This is a carriage house, located behind our home that was built in 1910.

You have access to driveway parking. Security system, high speed fiber optic internet. Flat screen tv, along w/Netflix and live local channels. There is also an Apple TV. As well as a bluetooth speaker and surround sound all around the pool area.This property is 112 years old. It is a Historical property. Our backyard oasis is second to none,. We offer a huge hot tub. Equipped w/outdoor ice bucket, as well as a champagne bucket, for your enjoyment. The pool area is equipped with outdoor surround sound. Alexa capability & bluetooth optional. Beautiful outdoor accent lighting for a unique romantic evening. Or just to relax & unwind w/friends. There is also a large outdoor gas grill. Along with several different shaded areas, to avoid to much sun exposure. We also provide local tips on restaurants and shopping near by.

Hi, My husband for 31 years, Ron & I bought this old sailboat for less than $5000 dollars. It was in deplorable condition. Just a few short months later, my husband was laid off of his job for over a year. So for sanities sake, we spent that entire year, rebuilding, and restoring this old girl. That was over 5 years ago. Since then we lived aboard this very boat for over 6 months. It was a surprisingly very relaxing and enlightening. We found all of the things in life, we thought we needed. But we soon realized we really didn’t need those things at all! So we then began thinking outside the box. We decided to list a stay aboard our boat on Air Bnb . We thought this was an experience, we needed to share with people. People who may never have the chance to see how life can be like living aboard. This old girl, holds a special place in our hearts. We truly hope that you are able to relax, sit on deck in the evenings, and watch the dolphins swim back and forth. Or take in the beautiful sunsets! We appreciate those who choose to stay with us!
