There is an air Conditioned, open plan living/ dining area that opens out onto the front balcony where you can absorb the stunning views right across to Fingal Island. Having two huge decks out the back are perfect for entertaining all year round with one being undercover and providing the perfect setting to cook up a storm on the gas BBQ or just relax and take in the gorgeous backdrop of Tomaree National Park that backs onto the property. Having the inground pool to help guests cool during those hotter months.
Built over 3 levels, there is a double lock up garage with internal access to the house on the ground floor. Walk up 15 steps to the living/ dining/ kitchen area where FREE WIFI, Apple TV, Bluetooth speaker, cosy fireplace, split system air conditioner and DVD player are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Victoria Espresso Coffee Machine, electric cooktop, and wall oven. The convenience of having a powder room and a second living area fitted with a large flatscreen TV, Blu-ray Player and Foxtel makes 'Island View' perfect for a large family gathering.

The very friendly property management team at O'Meara Property Nelson Bay aim to make your holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible. O’Meara Property is located prominently right in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.

O’Meara Property is located prominently right in the heart of Nelson Bay with a friendly property management that aim to make your booking as easy as possible and your holiday as relaxing and enjoying as possible. All guests are called when their booking is confirmed and all procedures are explained. our office is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect their keys for the property they are staying at from our reception, if arrival is after hours we have an after hour key collection box at our office for guests that require this service.
