Upscale 2-story penthouse condo with beach and whitewater views in North Coast Village, a highly rated right-on-the-sand complex.
This lovely 2 bedroom unit has just been remodeled and is now ready for guests!
The upgraded kitchen, Living Room & Master are on the main floor, while the remodeled upstairs boasts a great room and rooftop deck that are perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Located between the Marina and the Oceanside Pier, its an easy stroll to local shops and restaurants.

The loft has a Full Queen Murphy Bed that stays out of the way until needed so you can entertain or watch TV on the 70" LG. The rooftop deck is breathtaking, whether viewing from the inside through a wall of glass or relaxing outside in the warm California sun!
The King bed in the Master Bedroom has an adjustable base with remotes for elevating your legs or head for reading or watching the 43" TV. It can also be split into 2 single beds, if requested.
NOTE: There are NOT 3 beds in the Master Bedroom. But It can be made up as 2 singles or 1 California King by request.
The sofabed in the Living Room is also a full queen with an upgraded mattress and easy open & close features. The coffee table top 'pops up' to add more dining options.
The owners have stocked the condo with all the vacation necessities plus a lot of extras that you might not find with other units. There are also beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a beach umbrella to help make your stay complete!

More recently, I had two cabins in Big Bear Lake, California, that I rented directly from my own website for over 15 years. I continue to have prior guests call to re-book, even though I sold the last one 7 years ago!
