The apartment is found on the top floor (4th) with elevator in a medieval building located in Via San Niccolò in the most characteristic area in the historic centre of Florence (World Heritage Site by Unesco), “San Niccolò”, just below Michelangelo Square, with it’s famous view on the city and the fortification of Fort Belvedere.

It consists of a large living room, dining room, small separate kitchen, bedroom including it’s own bathroom, closet, a mezzanine level with a single bed that looks down on to the living room and a second bathroom (the mezzanine level reaches the max height of 1,80 meters).
The apartment is approximately 70 square meters (755 square feet) and it is elegantly furnished and well accessorized. It can host five people in all, two in the main bedroom (bed size 140 cm), two in the comfortable sofa bed (150 cm), in the living room and one in the mezzanine level. The kitchen with its small dimensions has everything, a stove with four gas burners, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
There is also air conditioning, internet WI-FI, TV, a safe washing machine, iron and ironing board and independent heating.

The San Niccolò quarter is inside the so-called “Oltrarno” area (along with Santo Spirito and San Frediano), also known as the Artisan’s quarter where you can find wood, mosaic, incision and gold workshop restorers… and Via Maggio where some of the most famous Florentine Antique stores are.
The imposing door called Porta San Miniato (set the scene with a medieval mason backdrop accented with ivy) is the entry to the neighborhood of San Niccolò.
The charming Piazza San Niccolò with the namesake church is the perfect place to pass lovely moments in the charming streets during the day and night. When it comes to food, pick your poison – Il Rifrullo, Bevo Vino, and Antica Mescita are our favorites. Grab a seat, grab a gelato, and stay a while.San Niccolo among numerous artisan botteghe and itineraries and is a perfect stop for some good wine.
Porta San Miniato, will lead you up to Piazzale Michelangelo and San Miniato al Monte or Forte Belvedere.
Just past the gate is the Rose Garden. Bop on down through a secret-garden-styled door and bask in the tiered grounds exploding with color and fragrances.
