Known as the ‘Emerald Isle of the Caribbean’, Montserrat is a British Overseas Territory located in the Leeward Islands, approximately 30 miles southwest of Antigua.
Accessed from Antigua, Montserrat is an easy 15-minute flight from its international airport or a 60-minute ferry ride from the harbour in St Johns.
Highlights of the island include:
Rendezvous Bay, Montserrat’s only white sand beach.
Reached only via a 30-minute hike, by boat or by kayak, Rendezvous Bay boasts a stunning beach of soft white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for snorkelling.
Foxes Bay
You’ll almost always enjoy this long stretch of untouched black sand and shallow waters all to yourself.
