Just minutes to beautiful beaches, fine dining, Brookgreen Gardens, fishing, the Marshwalk, boating, and much more! You get the top floor unit which means you wont hear anyone above you. The beaches are never overcrowded and there's always shells to find. One of the oldest vacation communities! So much to do you wont want to leave!

There are three beach chairs and beach toys in the second bedroom closet you are free to use! We also have several cards games to play for some indoor fun. Unfortunately our pools are closed right now due to Covid-19. Our management company is working to try to get them safely open for 2021.

There are lots of biking and walking trials around the area. We have four beautiful pools that are spaced around the community. However, due to Covid they are currently closed. Thank you for understanding!
