Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts or sit by the fire and watch the wild turkeys.

After doing that thing you love to do in beautiful Colorado, come settle into this quaint farmhouse home. You can casually enjoy the local wildlife, venture beyond the back gate into the open space, or go on a farm tour and learn about regenerative farming. At our family farm, we strive to provide interactive, safe family friendly atmosphere, and we ask our guests to do the same.
We are right next door should you need anything.

Our property borders BLM Open Space! From fall to spring wild turkeys roost in the trees next to the fence line. Deer and other critters frequently visit and of course our domestic animals are part of the regenerative farming plan.
Glenwood Springs is 30 mins away where they have hot springs and downtown shopping .....etc
Rifle CO is 1 mile away where you have the usual restaurants and the only movie theatre and bowling alley in a 60 mile radius.

Neighboring properties consist primarily of 4-8 acres properties with a variety of uses from small farms, to family businesses. The only Bowling alley in 60 miles is a neighbor.

We have lived in Rifle around 20 years. We love having the opportunity to raise our kids on this little farm. We are constantly learning things and would love to share our experiences and learning.

Since the Guest House is a part of our family farm, we are available when needed. We would gladly give a tour of the farm if desired. Should you prefer your private space, we will respect the space dedicated to you. Please honor the family friendly environment.
