This is a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath unit located centrally downtown. This unit was recently update and renovated with granite counter tops, brand new appliances and cabinetry and the bathroom was completely refinished. This was a 2 bedroom converted for more space into larger one bedroom. . The living room will accommodate space for 2 more with a roll in bed if requested.
The bathroom has all the basic necessities needed by most travelers including stocked towels, linens and basics (shampoos, body wash etc.) If something is missing please don't hesitate to contact me, I have staff that can tend to most requests during certain hours.
There is access from the living room to a large Balcony that overlooks Peachtree St. This is the perfect vantage point for people watching and if you are in town for events or parades.

Guests will have access to the entire space, internet wi/fi, cable TV, along with balcony spaces with beautiful views of downtown. There are also washer/dryer facilities in the basement of the building.

**early check in/late check out times not guaranteed
**If you plan to check in very late in the evening past 10:30pm, someone may not be on staff to assist you with checking in, parking details, any issues with the property
*Keep in mind that this unit does not have an assigned parking space. Parking is usually available right below the building (The rate will fluctuate during special events taking place downtown)
*Being located in the center of downtown Atlanta we often host special events, prices are liable to change for these events.
*This building is historic and was built in the 60's, so there are some quirks associated with the property and the biggest one is during the change of seasons the HVAC will only blow warm or cold air depending on what the central building heating/cooling is set for
*Early check ins/Late check outs will incur a small charge
*As per building HOA rules unit pest control will be performed by Orkin accompanied by a representative of Peachtree Towers. confirming your reservation with us you agree to allow them to access the property to perform their duties
*Common areas, including hallways, and elevators. in condominium complex may have security cameras.

I'll say it...The best thing about this property is the location. If you are here for a conference or to see most of Atlantas major tourist attractions there isn't a property with a better sqft/price ratio within 5-10 miles.
We are situated 1 block from the Americas Mart and less than 2-3 blocks from all the major hotels (Hyatt Regency, Marriott Marquis, Westin, etc). We are also under a mile away from the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), which is a pleasant 10-12 min walk through Centennial Olympic Park.
The Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke, and the Atlanta Children Museum are all two blocks from our front door.
Being located centrally downtown there are plenty of dining options from High End Steakhouses to more casual family dining options all walking distance no more than 5-10 mins away. Most of Atlantas best restaurants are a quick UBER ride away though. (Includes Midtown, Buckhead, Inman Park, Little Five Points, Old 4th Ward etc.)
