Set on the first floor of a building on the outskirts of the town of Maribor, the apartment is perfectly placed for exploring Maribor and many of the attractions of Eastern Slovenia. The town is easily accessible from neighboring countries by road or rail and is a 45-minute drive from Graz and 1½ hours from Ljubljana and the Croatian capital of Zagreb. The nearest airports are Maribor (15km), and Ljubljana (130km).
In terms of its immediate location, the apartment is just 5 minutes on foot from the walking trails through the city park, and 8 minutes from the Ljudski vrt football stadium.
