This Non Smokers effenciency apartment has a comfy firm King mattress with a foam topper. Melt your stress away as you sleep A small kitchen area (NO STOVE) private entrance in a quiet ,safe neighborhood.Close to shopping and hospitals and other Florida attractions it is the perfect home away from home in "Paradise".Perfect for interns.
The Air is set at 80* but can be adjusted upon request.
A screened in patio area., which is set apart from the home owner by Large foliage plants.

Just a small note with this Corona Virus Scare:
It has always been my habit to run an Ozone Machine in the Apartment for 2 hours between guest.... Then I open up all doors and windows for 4-6 hours to get a total fresh air exchange. ( The floors and solid surfaces are cleaned with Environmentally friendly antibacterial Products. The pillows are run through the dryer for 1 hour on High heat.... and there is a small amount of chlorine used in the linens...... I hope this helps ease your mind about your visit to our area

a covered screened in back porch of about 300 Sq Ft for your personal use. It is divided from the homeowners porch by large plants.
Oh, and you have High Speed Internet access, and NetFlix.

You have a private entrance that leads from off the street parking...this is a totally separate living space from the main house.

South Florida is a melting pot for people from the world. We have amazing restaurants, maybe not big or fancy, but authentic food from old family recipes, plus we have a list of all suggested local restaurants plus a delivery service called "Grub Cab" or Uber Food for a minimal fee, if your too tired to go out.
