This cosy room, recently renovated is in an excellent location ; you will love being away the heavily populated tourist areas with all sites reached easily on foot.

In the lively and trendy Oltrarno district a beautiful and brigth room recently renovated with a double bed and with private bathroom with shower and hair dryer. There is a little kitchen with fridge and kitchen utensils shared with the owner and washing machine. The building is very old , please note there is no elevator and the apartment is on 3° floor. The apartment faces the church of the Carmine where the famous frescos by Masaccio are found.
Shopping area and museums are 15 min walking, Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Garden only 5 min. Bus stop is 5 min walking, train station 15 min, airport 20 min with a cab.
There are many restaurants in the surroundings:
Vivanda: organic wine bar and really good and tasty food ( veg and non veg) ( informal medium /cheap) few steps from home
Gnam: all kind of hamburghers ( selected meats, vegetarian, vegan.. ) and traditional kitchen in a cosy ambient
Trattoria del Carmine: traditional and well preparad tuscan food at one corner of the square (informal medium priced)
Trattoria dell'Orto : 150 mts from home this small restaurant is one of real florentine's favorite (reservation needed, medium priced)

If you're driving: please be adviced that the very center of Florence is a limited access area! Closest parking (payment) is at piazza Tasso or Viale Ariosto (search on maps), then 5 minutes walk to the apt.
From the station you can easily walk ( 10 minutes) or take the bus n° 6 or n°11 which stops near the piazza.

Ciao a tutti! Siano Elisabetta e Giovanni e vi aspettiamo a Firenze città che non vedo l´ora di mostrarvi. La mia famiglia produce vino e olio biologico Ci occupiamo di agricoltura sostenibile e di bevande e cibo organico, e coltiviamo con passione la cucina biologica. nel nostro ristorante Vivanda.
