We are close to downtown Annapolis (five-minute drive). Sandy Point Beach, where COVID-19 restrictions may apply, (13 miles) and one mile from Quiet Waters State Park. Within a one-mile radius, there’s a Supermarket (Giant), four banks, dry cleaners, and eight eating establishments that offer takeout and/or delivery service are within a one-mile radius of the apartment. Phase III COVID-19 Restrictions are in place at bars and restaurants. Sight-seeing, normally a must-see activity, is limited in compliance with current social distancing mandates.
