Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

La salle de bain est dotée d'une douche à l’italienne, double vasque, machine à laver et WC. Les deux chambres disposent d' un lit en 160 et d'une penderie.

Notre logement, très propre, climatisé et au calme, est entièrement neuf au rez-de-chaussée d'une ancienne bâtisse. L'intérieur est cocooning avec pierres apparentes et bois : entrée, pièce principale, petite chambre avec lit queen size, donnant sur sdb et cour intérieure, petit jardin avec vue sur les champs. Parking gratuit devant. Animaux acceptés. Gite de 45 m² indépendant (Personne autour ni au-dessus ). 20 min d'Avignon, 10 min de Marcoule. Arrivée et départ autonomes .

Apartment-Mobility bath

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Beautiful house in warm colors of regional ocher, 70m2 with a bedroom and a sofa bed, on 10,000 m2 of garden, very quiet and natural, 8 meters salt pool to share with the owners. Located in Lagnes, a small typical village in the heart of Vaucluse, near Cavaillon, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, Mont Ventoux ... Many walks and hikes but also many local producer's markets. Everything for a wonderful vacation!
