Situated in the scenic woods of northern Michigan yards away from Houghton Lake, this comfy cabin is a great place to relax after a full day of fun. It is the PERFECT spot for summer lake fun, outdoor activities, ice fishing adventures, trail riding and more. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground, volley ball court, tennis court, boat launch, ice cream shop, state trails AND MORE! Beautiful all sports Lake Saint Helen and Cove Beach just 1 mile away. Perfect for backyard bonfires while viewing wildlife of deer and turkeys.

Base Camp - ORV trail access

2 bedroom cabin with ORV trail access to the renowned St Helen trail system. Cozy space with thoughtful amenities and retro gaming. This 750 sq ft cabin has everything you need: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge outdoor space with grill & fire pit. Fully fenced-in yard for doggie guests. Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. Rent both for larger groups!

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

South Shore Cottage Retreat

Centrally located cottage on the South Shore at Houghton Lake and 40 paces to your private dock access. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, "mom and pop" shops, public DNR access, and other local attractions. The cottage is located in a private and quiet family setting where you can unwind. A perfect cottage for year-round adventures. In the summer, enjoy boating, fishing, and water sports. In the winter, cozy up inside after a day of ice fishing or snowmobiling. My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks

Weather permitting, you can have a camp fire in the back yard. Very close to ORV trails and events . Lake Saint Helen has a beach, fishing pier and beautiful sun sets .
