Just a short 10 minutes from town, this spacious basement apartment offers a private driveway, parking and entrance to your own space. Cooking is simple with the many options of small appliances. Relax on the couch with a 65” tv screen or do some work from the office area. Walk-in shower, laundry area and 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds. Great getaway from the hustle and bustle for sunsets and wild life. Family friendly. A family does occupy upstairs, you may hear foot steps.

Located downstairs from The Northstar Getaway. Enjoy what the Warroad area has to offer! Fishing, skating, ATV riding, snowmobiling. The rental is located approximately one and a half miles SW of Warroad. Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

Hank's Place which offers guests a premier HockeyTown USA vacation experience! This beautiful A-Frame cabin is located between Beltrami Island State Forest and Lake of the Woods. This former home of hockey great Alan Hangsleben offers guests a glimpse into why the area is known world over to be a hockey and winter sports mecca. A native of Warroad, MN, Alan Hanglseben played for UND, the New England Whalers, Montreal Canadiens, Washington Capitals and Los Angeles Kings.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

Find your way outside, Fishing, Hunting, ATV, UTV!

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 9 miles from Lake of the Woods, 12 miles from Beltrami State Forest, direct access to county roads and ATV/UTV trails. There is ONLY 1 BATHROOM, but lots of room to move around. This is a work in progress, but it is very comfortable and quiet. Watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening and gaze at the stars at night!
