A rural stay just 4 miles from the increasingly popular town of St. James. On the farm, you’ll enjoy gorgeous sunsets by the firepit, view the cattle grazing just feet away, and get cozy inside the newly furnished Cottage. Well known for its award winning wineries and dining, STJ also offers various specialty shops and lets not forget the gorgeous Meramec Springs and surrounding rivers. An Ozark Oasis in the middle of a working cattle ranch, this custom designed home offers deluxe comfort. This 2 story farm house was originally constructed in 1888 as a multi family boarding house before the Kreter family purchased it in the 1930’s. In 2021 we made the decision to completely restore the house and bring it to its modern day glory.
