Conveniently located under 2 miles from EXIT 108 on I-5 at the very end of a cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood. 600-square feet and lots of natural light and tall ceilings. Come and enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay where you can put your feet up and unwind inside of our beautiful 100 year old quaint cottage, or enjoy the gorgeous private scenery and wildlife surrounding it. Many which include a variety of birds, deer, our residential goats, pig, horses, bunnies, and our seasonal pond with mallards and frogs. Rustic riverfront cabin only steps from the world famous Umpqua River. 3bd/2ba home on almost an acre nestled in the trees. 2 Pets are permitted with approval and a fee applies, see below. There is a fully furnished kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, pellet stove, barbeque, WIFI, streaming and a good selection of dvd's, books and games available. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably (the limit includes infants)

Relax and have some fun in our renovated 1 bed/1 bath detatched garage in our large fenced back yard. The space can sleep 6 people with a queen size bed, with queen and full size futon/sleepers. One block off highway 138, within minutes of a coffee shop, 3 restauraunts and a bar and grill. Single serve coffee maker, electric skillet, microwave, and a mini fridge. Pool/ping pong table, 55" smarttv, preloaded Nintendo, bluray player, and board games. Ask for wifi😊

This lower floor unit has been nicely updated and is furnished with everything you will need for your stay .(5 including washer and dryer. It is centrally located and within walking distance to city center which boasts great little shops and many nice restaurants. The beautiful Oregon coast is only about an hour away. Explore Douglas Counties many hiking trails and water falls or enjoy a day of fishing in the beautiful Umpqua River that runs through Roseburg.

The home sleeps 2-6 comfortably and is in an ideal location. It is within walking distance to parks, businesses, grocery stores and several restaurants. A short drive to fishing, hiking, wine tasting and the Wildlife Safari. You'll find the home to be comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you'll need.
