Betty's Bungalow - Walkable to UCD Medical Center!

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.

Our space is located just minutes from Downtown and West Sacramento with easy access to both the freeway and light rail. Also very close to both Land Park and Curtis Park. No assigned parking but free street parking is available 24/7, no permit necessary.
