Kingston, New Paltz and Rosendale are all ten minutes away, surrounding you with a plethora of hiking trails, climbing, dining, drinking, entertainment and shopping.

Fenced in dog friendly cottage by Mohonk Preserve

The cottage is a hop to the Walkill Valley Rail Trail that hugs the Monhonk Preserve. Inside the cottage, you will feel warm and cozy, just like home. The Rosendale trestle and Joppenberg Mountain are a quick walk or bike ride away. Shops, amenities close by. Your pups will Love the yard! Easy access to trails for XCountry skiing/snow shoes. Dog fee is $75 per dog, 2 dog max. Dogs over 50 pounds are special request. Rosendale swimming pool open is to public. $75 for guest 3 and $75 for guest 4.

This New House

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

Within just 40 mins to (favorite) Belleayre Ski Resort or 45 mins to Hunter Mountain! Fox Lodge is a split level home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Step outside of the bright & vaulted great room to BBQ at the grill or relax by the fire pit surrounded by nature. Minutes from the historic Kingston Stockade District & Rondout Waterfront.

Shack in the Heart of Rosendale

This unique, centrally located 500 sq ft ground-floor, 1.5 story apartment is in an ideal location to explore Rosendale and the surrounding areas. Located in a 1890s Brownstone, the Shack is a comfortable refurbished studio with hand hewn beams, brick walls and a wood burning stove. Sleep in a queen Murphy bed (pulls down) and prepare food in the kitchenette. Keep in mind nobody above you and the town shuts down at 10 PM so you have a decent amount of peace and quiet.

Enjoy views from your upstairs oasis: 1 big bedroom, office/smaller room with a day bed, kitchen, & bath. Stay coooool all summer long with our very quiet mini splits. Slip out your private entrance to hike Joppenbergh. Bring or Rent a bike, ride or walk or even X-country ski the #EmpireTrail, the Rosendale trestle and Wallkill Rail-trail. View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.

Woodland Neighborhood Retreat

Relax in a cozy studio in the peaceful woods. Tasteful high-quality touches will have you feeling comfortable right away! This is an ideal space for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children. We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the river views, spot the bald eagle that likes to perch in front of the window, hike or bike the Empire State trail. Please note: this is a small house; although it has bedding for 4 people the kitchen only has a 2-piece electric stovetop. You will find oil and vinegar, spices etc., pots and pans, and breakfast supplies in the fridge and pantry.
