We are a unique camping pod site offering a special holiday experience in the heart of the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Our pods are designed with comfort in mind and have central heating, en-suite shower room as well as a small kitchenette.

Seahorse Cottage

Seahorse Lodge is set in a peaceful rural location. It is ideally located as a base to explore the Lizard and Helford. It is only two miles to the village of Coverack and two miles to St Keverne with pubs and a local shop. Kynance Cove, and Helford are also a short drive away. Two dogs maximum are welcome with a small pet fee. Dog friendly under control. Dogs are not to be left unattended. There is a dog fee of £30 per stay to cover cleaning costs. Please ensure you add any dogs when you book.

The Apple Loft - perfect for a Cornish escape

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Cosy luxury studio for two on the edge of the village with private sunny courtyard, lawned garden, King size memory foam bed, en-suite with walk in electric shower and full kitchen with; fan oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor, microwave and, washer/dryer. The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

HOPE'S CABIN, unique, near sea, near Porthallow

Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.

Your own private gallery in a tranquil setting.

If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Great access to the south west coast path and glorious beaches and coves. An ideal get away for couples.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
