A newly renovated 2 bed cottage with plenty of space for 4 in a delightful rural and peaceful location overlooking fields just 2 miles from historic Ross on Wye, the Wye Valley; Forest of Dean and other places of interest are all nearby. One pleasant and popular pub in walking distance. Many others nearby. Outdoor pursuits such as canoeing/ cycling/ mountain biking/ river walks all available nearby or relax on the patio with a bbq , or if a winter break curl up inside with our cosy woodburner.

Alabaster Lodge is a detached lodge, built in 2023, situated on the owner’s 14-acre working farm. Set within the Wye Valley AONB with fabulous far reaching views of the rolling countryside. Warm and cosy, with full central heating, the lodge is an all year round destination for cyclists, walkers and nature enthusiasts. Uninterrupted views of the Wye Valley, where you can catch sight of birds of prey, including the beautiful red kites who can often be seen hovering over the fields on the farm.

Clairville Apartment: Garden Terrace, Central Ross

Clairville is among the oldest sandstone buildings (circa 1600s) in central Ross-on-Wye. This comfortable Ground Floor Apartment provides the perfect base to access the towns Restaurants, Period Pubs and Bars while being in walking distance of the Forest and River. Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Utility area with washing machine and fast fibre internet. Welcome hamper is provided on arrival for guests that are staying 3 or more nights.

Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Wordsmith's Cottage

Boasting old floorboards, original beams and quirky features, this historical semi-detached cottage allows guests to switch off from the outside world. The location benefits from easy access to countryside walks but it's also just a few minutes walk from charming shops, cafés and country pubs. Our first guests used the space as an escape to write their scripts and novels and we encourage all guests to relish in the romance of village living and explore their creativity.
