Our place is centrally located close to Jerez, Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar and Morocco. 45 Sqm, it has a great private ocean view and town view. Centrally located to beach, restaurants and nightlife. You’ll love Rota with its Andalusia charm. The marina is a 5 minute walk with a ferry to Cadiz. And also another beach by the bay. Our place is good for couples, adventurers and Rota base personnel.
