This is a fabulous home right on the lake front where you will have the whole downstairs area which is self contained. This Includes your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge, deck, and two bedrooms, mins away from the Blackbarn. Initial cost is for 2 people with an additional $80/person/night thereafter

It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
