Van de kop van Zuid met o.a de erasmusbrug, hotel New york, diverse restaurants en bars. De trams (nr. 20,23 en 25) op 250 mtr. (halte pinckhofsweg). De Luciana met max. 22 slaapplaatsen aan de rivier in hartje Rotterdam! Dus niet max. 16 pers! De Catherina met max. 18 slaapplaatsen. in het rustiek scheepvaartkwartier in het zicht van een super skyline, nl. het "Manhattan aan de maas". Inkoopcentrum en uitgaansgebieden zijn op loopafstand. De snelle watertaxi komt voor de deur. Rondom oud en nieuw is het tenminste 3 nachten huur. Beide schepen staan op EEN agenda!! Dus al lijkt het dat een periode bezet is, kan het 2e schip nog vrij zijn!
