Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.
