Ideally situated between Mountains & Mediterranean, "La Bastide St Christophe" is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the medieval village of Le Bar sur Loup, where you will find various shops and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute drive to Grasse and 35 minutes to Nice airport. Come enjoy our fabulous 12 metre long heated pool (1 May to mid October) shared with our 4 other apartments in La Bastide st Christophe. Profitez d'un logement élégant et central, classé 3 étoiles, idéalement situé à 2 pas des plages, du centre historique, du casino, de la rue piétonne et de ses nombreux commerces. La gare sncf de Menton est à 1,2 kms. Vous pourrez tout faire à pieds. Ce bel appartement climatisé, refait à neuf, offre tout le confort. Il dispose d'une pièce principale avec coin nuit et coin salon, d'une cuisine équipée donnant sur un petit balcon au calme, d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne.

Studio dans maison particulière.

Nous louons un petit studio avec accès indépendant, dans notre maison. Vous pourrez vous garer sur un parking au dessus de la propriété. Nous avons l'habitude de l’accès mais cela peut étonner voir rebuter lorsque l'on est pas de la région Mentonnaise (pente et escaliers en photos). Vous arriverez dans ce petit coin de paradis un peu reclus accueillit par une magnifique vue mer et notre affectueuse chienne "Joe" qui reste la gardienne des lieux, nous acceptons également votre animal.

Located right in the center of old Antibes, this charming duplex has on the ground floor a sitting-room, an open well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilets and on the first floor the entrance to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The terrace is large enough to sit 4 people for aperitif and more. It has all the comfort one wants to enjoy Antibes with AC at both level. It is unique, central and stylish.

Apartment 10 minutes from the train station, 10-15 minutes from the beaches, the harbor, the Palais des Festivals and the city center. Food shop at 5 min. Free parking spaces at the bottom of the residence. I will welcome you and make sure that your stay in Cannes is as pleasant as possible.
