Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Plenty of off street parking in front of the condo, and just a few steps to the pool and hot tub make this location extremely convenient.(pool now open, hot tubs still closed till regulations relaxed)
