Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.
