Three floor, 1800 SQFT townhouse has high end finishes throughout and view of Columbia River. Just blocks from downtown core. The primary suite, second bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. 3rd bedroom and living space on 3rd floor. 50 AMP NEMA 14-50 plug in 2 or 3 car tandem garage for charging. Two night minimum, this may be adjusted to more days around holidays and to prevent "orphaned" days. HOA does not allow one night. AirBNB will add city, state and county taxes. STR #551.

Trillium Cottage is located on the Salmon River, in Welches Oregon. Property is on a 2 acre lot called the Salmon River Reserve. Home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps up to 4. Amenities include hot tub, wifi, and a 1 acre meadow with fire pit and river access. Close to hiking, golf, skiing, cycling, mountain biking, and lakes. There is a second rental house on the grounds called Brackenfern Lodge that can be added to include 10 more guests in order to have the whole compound.
