DESCRIPTION The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and is distributed as follows: a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring designer furniture and appliances; Living room with gas fireplace and dining room with beautiful views, three bedrooms with a total capacity for 7 people, and 2 full bathrooms (with showers). The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a small sitting area, a reading nook, a home office area, a Smart TV, spacious wardrobes with luggage racks and hangers, and a full bathroom with shower and toiletries. The middle bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The third bedroom has bunk beds with three single beds, ideal for children but also suitable for adults (90 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, and spacious wardrobes with hangers. All rooms have heating, air conditioning, home automation, and high-speed internet. There is also a small utility closet with a washer and dryer. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor.
