Sit on the porch and soak in the quiet or walk around and enjoy nature. Stay for a weekend or months, you won't regret it.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Spacious one bedroom independent suite/apartment with great lighting, perfect space to relax or work remotely. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette offers a mini fridge, Keurig, toaster and microwave. Air fryer and double burner. Fully stocked with dishes. Master suite has a queen bed and a sofa-bed in the living space. Books & nooks, hammocks & cozy kitchen. Walk around the backside of the property to explore nature even more. Plenty of stars in the sky. Record player, for an old time feel. Unplug & unwind. Let nature heal you, whilst enjoying the zen.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.
