We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Our Cabin In The City offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil retreat in nature, with easy access to a host of amenities and activities. Just a short drive away, a charming array of dining options awaits you. Including the shimmering waters of nearby Lake Ray Hubbard, offers opportunities for fishing or simply basking in the sun on a lazy afternoon. The Cabin is romantic, quiet, and with the beauty of the great outdoors and intimacy. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.

The Bunkhouse- 1 bedroom guest suite

Welcome to our bunkhouse! We enjoy offering a clean comfortable space to our guests. Easy access to the highway, free parking, and wifi. We are located on 7 acres and enjoy raising our backyard chickens. Enjoy the outdoors on our walking trail to a small pond. There is one queen size bed and a bunkbed. The bunk has a twin size bed and a large toddler size bed on the bottom. This is our private guest suite with its own entrance and space but is part of a house so there are shared walls.

Clean&Cozy Rustic/Homey Farm Stay!

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! Come and enjoy a private, cozy, comfortable stay in this unique property! Surrounded by wonderful farm life and quiet neighbors, there are a few better places! We love the space and taking care of our guests. And we know that you will find peace, relaxation, and great joy staying with us! Come check out the farm, we can’t wait to host you!

King bed en-suite downstairs pool view w game room

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Separate, Private Guest House in

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you.
