Nestled within a serene backdrop of well-established trees and garden, it has its own private deck with stairs leading down to lush lawn with views of Mt Ruapehu.

Park Avenue Chalet is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, fronting onto a picturesque lake, surrounded by park areas and the stunning Mt Ruapehu views in the background. Take a load off and spend long evenings on the private rear deck soaking in the spa after indulging in an alfresco BBQ dinner. Spread across two stories, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom provides space and conveniences for the whole team. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine. Turoa ski field is a 20-minute drive away.

Great for all those wanting to explore the beauty of the Central Plateau, skiing and snowboarding (winter season), tramping, mountain biking (all year round) or just taking a much needed break away from it all. Private, Fully Self contained Bach, ideal for your winter or summer getaway. Independent and facing away from the main house with a separate bedroom from the lounge, full cooking facilities and all linen and towels are provided. With a nice outdoor set up to enjoy the beautiful farm views. Lots of parking space for your vehicle and trailers. Studio is in a shared driveway with the Host in the front house. Two very friendly welcoming dogs that roam the property.
