All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm. €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night. Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

La zona es buena y muy tranquila , con un supermercado abierto de 9 a 23h a solo 200m. No hay parquing privado pero se puede aparcar gratuitamente en la zona.

Our studio is a charming duplex with on the groundfloor are 1 beds (up 2)) furnished with table and chairs. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, wardrove and refrigerator. We are happy to provide aur guests with a baby bed -upon request. These is also a private bathroom with a large rain shower. The price is based on a 2-person stay.
