It offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, so everyone has plenty of space and privacy. The house also features an indoor sauna and a practical ski room. Outside you’ll find a large private garden, a pool, a pergola and kids’ facilities. Parking is available right next to the house. A great mix of relaxation and active time in the mountains.

V blízkosti je spousta možností jak využít čas, ať už cykloturistikou nebo turistikou v zimním i letním období. Sjezdovky 3 km od domu, Skibus 20 m před domem. V letní období na zahradě dostupný bazén, gril, dětské hřiště, trampolína, terasa.

Akceptujemy również pobyt max dwóch piesków. Dom posiada przestronny salon z pełni wyposażoną i funkcjonalną kuchnią, jadalnią, 3 łazienki oraz saunę.

V tomto klidném ubytování si odpočine celá rodina. Nachází se v prime blízkosti lesa. Jedná se o 4 dvoulůžkové pokoje se společným obyvakem a kuchyni, 2 koupelny a 2 wc. Apartmán je umístěn v 1.patře postupně rekonstruované vily. V blízkém okolí je mnoho turistických tras i cyklotras. V zimě velmi vhodné na běžky (Jizerská magistrála) i lyže. V ubytováni je k dispozici zahrada s místem na grilování, dětské piskoviste, místo na uložení kol a lyží. Cely apartmán je plně vybaveny.

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.
