The apartment is located in the city centre, in an idyllic, quiet, area. A fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom are on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with one bedroom with a double bed, one open space room with two single beds and a bathroom. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night).

Please note that we are required to collect 3,13 EUR/person/night for city tourist tax upon your arrival. Airbnb doesn't collect the tax nor add it to the price of the reservation.

It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
