Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Kaksi hissilippua sisältyy majoituksen ajaksi. Talviranta tarjoaa rauhallisen mökkielämyksen veden äärellä. Terassi avaa järvinäkymän ja laiturilta pääsee uimaan. Talvella huollettu latu kulkee jäällä liittyen isoon latuverkostoon ja jään yli pääsee kävellen lähimmälle hissille. Parvi ja alakerta antavat käyttöön suuret parisängyt ja olohuoneen vuodesohva lisää tilaa perheille ja pienille ryhmille. Sauna, pyykinpesukone ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö helpottavat majoittumista ulkoilun jälkeen.

Villa Pihla on tasokkaasti varusteltu parimökin puolikas 4 henkilölle Rukalla 2km etäisyydellä Rukakylältä. Sijainti on Rukan läheisyydestä huolimatta rauhallinen ja tarjoaa majoittujalle kauniit metsä- ja vaaramaisemat. Keskeiset hiihto-, maastopyöräily- ja moottorikelkkareitit lähtevät 200m kävelymatkan päästä mökiltä. Vuokrahintaan ei sisälly loppusiivousta. Lake Aurora Ruka Kuusamo, sauna | Lapland Villas

Mysig stuga med stilfull inredning vid en lugn sjö (30m) mitt i skogen, bara några minuter från Ruka och Family Park! Bastu och terass, sovalkov i övre och nedre våningen med dubbelsängar, samt ett loft med en parsäng och en 120cm säng. Vandrings-, cykelleder och längdskidspår, 50m. Stugan är idealisk speciellt för par, små familjer eller distansarbetare. Vi har även några andra stugor på Ruka som är ski in ski out. Talvijärven Kuura

Tämä tilava ja viihtyisä, v. 2024 remontoitu huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaikkia Rukan palveluita, ollen kuitenkin omassa rauhassaan Talvijärven rannalla. Huoneisto toimii yhtä hyvin kalastusretken, ruskaretken kuin laskettelureissunkin tukikohtana. Asunnossa on kaikki mukavuudet onnistuneeseen lomaan! Käytössäsi on taloyhtiön hiekkaranta, laituri ja grillauspaikka. Lisäksi käytössäsi on lukittu ja tilava varastotila, jossa voit säilyttää harrastusvälineitäsi.

Villa Valkeainen Kuusamo

Tervetuloa erämaan rauhaan ainutlaatuiseen hirsihuvilaan järven rannalle. Arkkitehdin suunnittelema ja vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu upea mökki sijaitsee keskellä hiljaisuutta ja metsää. Mökki on avara (150 m2) ja omaa tonttia on runsaasti. Mökki on tarkoitettu 1-6 hengelle ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Mökissä on kaunis puusauna, sekä portaat saunasta järvelle omalle laiturille.
