Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Apartman idealan za obiteljski odmor, smješten u Gornjem Poličniku u mirnom okruženju s pogledom na planine i terasom u netaknutoj prirodi. Nekretnina je 14 km udaljena od Zadra. Apartman se sastoji od 3 spavaće sobe s pomoćnim ležajem koji se nalazi u dnevnom boravku. Također nudimo potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom posuđa i pećnicom, blagovaonom i kupaonicom s tušem. Biograd na Moru udaljen je 29 km od apartmana, a Pag 37 km. Zračna luka Zadar udaljena je 10,5 km od našeg apartmana.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
