Unique early Australian shepherds cottage on 500 acres opposite stunning Mt. William in the Grampians National Park. Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. Cooking oils and condiments, assorted teas/coffee/milo, Anzac biscuits and access to cottage herb garden.

Situated on a quiet street, over looking farm land, it is a short walk to Lake Marma, & Rabl Park. Home to the heritage listed stick shed, and close to Rupanyup, start of the Silo Art Trail. 40 mins drive to the gateway of the Grampians National Park, and a perfect stop over when traveling between Melbourne and Adelaide.

Welcome to our quiet court away from the noisy centre of Horsham city but still within a few minutes drive from the town centre. Enjoy private side access to the bungalow at the back of the main house and undercover parking ensuring complete privacy. We are situated on 5 acres and enjoy natures gift of birds, peace and tranquility. Enjoy morning walks along the river and all that Horsham has to offer. Note: We have a 5 year old lab which is outside during the day and would not be a bother.

Handcrafted Shack, Halls Gap, Grampians (Gariwerd)

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
