The Cozy Farmhouse

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene home. We enjoy hosting others, very responsive & proactive in what needs our attention. The house can sleep up to 10 people with a combination of beds, 1 pull out trundle & a sectional that pulls out to a full size bed. Air mattresses are available to sleep more people upon request. We are pet friendly you must let us know when reserving to properly apply pet fee as well as any extra guests. NO PARTIES allowed! Reach out to us if you have questions!

Rustic, private, cozy gem, peaceful home away from home! 3 bdrm (1 King 2 Queen). 1 mi to Regional airport. I-20 is 11 minute drive. Pet friendly! Covered porches front and back/outdoor seating. Large griddle. Rv/boat parking. Travel nurses we are 25 min to Longview hospitals and 45 minutes to Tyler hospitals. 15 cool venues. Enjoy our singing birds and playful squirrels! Roma Italian 15 min, famous T Blanco Mexican 5 min Jack Ryan’s steakhouse 15 min. Smart TVs x 4. Kitchen fully stocked.

House by Kilgore College

One block from Kilgore College and close to downtown. Please note the back bedroom is rented to a local school teacher. She has a separate entrance, and there is a double door separating her room from the rest of the house (like you would see in a hotel). You will probably not even notice if she is there. The only shared space is the laundry room which also has a locked door to it. She enters the laundry room from an exterior door at the back of the house. Off-street parking is available.

IN-Law Suite

This In-Law Suite is a totally separate, fully equipped apartment. Private entry and parking space; fenced back yard. Full living room has a faux leather sofa, tv, built in desk. Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome.

The home is spacious, clutter free, and conveniently located a mile from town and less than a 2 minute walk to Kilgore College. Perks: Office set up with printer, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full, and a convertible couch. Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
