Located on a third-generation cattle farm, Ivy’s Cottage sits in Abingdon, VA just minutes from downtown and the Creeper Trail. Take in scenic farm views from this cozy 2 br, 1 ba retreat. The main bedroom features a queen bed in an open-concept layout connected to the living space. The upstairs loft offers two twin mattresses, perfect for extra guests. A spacious kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper, a dishwasher, and fridge — everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

The Olde Springhouse is our cozy cottage just 1 block off Main str and a few more from the Virginia Creeper Trail-Head. The Trail is open 17 from Abingdon to Damascus! This gem is at the epicenter of shops, restaurants and nightlife! Enjoy all our town offers within walking distance- The Barter Theatre, The Creeper Trail, The Tavern, Jack's 128 Pecan, Foresta, Summers Rooftop/Cellar, Rain, The Girl & The Raven, SweetBay Brewery, and much, much more- and it was literally built over a spring!

Easily accessible from 4 lane highway. Dad's place sleeps 4 with 1 full size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa, 40 in smart TV in main living area.

The Cardinal Cottage

3 Miles to Emory & Henry University, 1.5 miles from I-81, The Cardinal Cottage is centrally located to most SW VA and East TN happenings. Just minutes to Historical Abingdon, VA; 20 minutes to Historical Bristol VA-TN & the new Hard Rock Casino, Hiking & Biking are all nearby, 30 min to Bristol Motor Speedway! This is a 5 acre farm and the neighbor has horses, goats, sheep and chickens. The house is an updated 2 BR, 1 Bath 1940's cottage with new and antique furnishings.

Located in the heart of Abingdon's historic district, you are in the middle of all things happening in town. Just a short walk will take you to Barter Theater (state theater of VA), The Martha Washington Inn, amazing restaurants and local shops, the incredible Abingdon Farmer’s Market and the Virginia Creeper Trail for hiking or biking.
