Birch Cabin - a cozy rustic escape in nature.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape located at the historic Lazy River Playground. You can enjoy an evening fire, walk the nature trails or sit by the river. The cabin is insulated and has heat and electricity with access to outdoor bathrooms close by with an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. You will have access to a community fridge and freezer as well as a charcoal grill. Roller skating and mini golf available seasonally. Close to SLU

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. The property includes a private sandy beach and offers easy access to hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, etc. Note that this is a family-owned cabin that does NOT include modern amenities. Adirondack River View Cabin (June1st-Nov. 1st)

A Perfect Outdoor Retreat For Couples or Outdoor Enthusiasts! Finished in pine with Adirondack accents , this cabin says nothing but the outdoors. The kitchen, living room, sun room and bathroom occupy the first floor, while "two cozy bedrooms can be found on the second floor". The cabin is fully furnished with everything you’ll need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. It also offers an amazing view of the river that can be seen everywhere. Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed at the cabin.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Solomon House

Welcome to the Solomon House, built in 1901, located in the heart of Saint Lawrence County, New York. This two-story three bedroom home can sleep 8. A full bath on the first floor has a deep soaking tub with shower. The half bath is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a full dining room that can seat eight at the table along with an eat in, fully equipped kitchen. A designated workspace with Wi-Fi along with a very comfortable living room will complete your stay.

Paradise on the Pond

This 5 bedroom 2 bath adirondack style cabin offers all the amenities of home while nestled on a private pond just outside the Adirondack Park. Boyd Pond is located in Russell, NY. It's very secluded and can only be used by residents. Guests can enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and hiking. The cabin is more of a year round home offering central air, heat and a full sized washer and dryer. **Absolutely no pets, no large parties and no smoking of any kind allowed.

Basement Apartment near SLU, SUNYs, and Clarkson

A basement apartment within my ADK home, complete with a kitchenette, two twin beds, a fold out couch, Peloton exercise equipment, full bath (shower), eating/working space, and TV. Perfect space for people coming to work in the Canton-Potsdam area. Well-trained pets are permitted for a fee of $100 per pet (please include in reservation). Lastly, all guests in this apartment can enjoy the spacious outside areas (fire pit, outdoor eating areas, porch, grill, trails).

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located Studio Apartment. One block from SLU campus and our Village Main Street attractions. This studio is a great spot to hang your hat if you plan on spending most of your time out and about enjoying the area with friends and family. Please be aware that the studio is a unit in an apartment house that is fully occupied. You may see or hear other tenants while staying here.
