The River House

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

Stay at Cable Hollow Golf Course. Beautiful views, a short walk from our restaurant and golf course, and conveniently close to both Warren, PA and Jamestown, NY. Relax by the fire, grill on the patio, walk the grounds, or drive to the nearby Kinzua Dam in the Allegheny National Forest. Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset.
