Watch the beautiful sunset, over the lake, from a private “party deck” above the boat house or the large deck, off the main house. There is a boat ramp less than 100 yards away and you can tie your boat to our dock! We offer 3 adult kayaks, a kids kayak, golf cart and a Lily pad for you use! Home is a fisherman’s dream! Large dock for fishing! This home truly “lives large”

Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

Swimming pool, (opened Memorial day to Labor Day) playground, basketball court and stocked fishing ponds are all located on our grounds. Property consists of 2 vacation rentals and a small RV park/campground.

We were very fortunate that Long Island was not affected by the severe storms that hit Indian Lake on March 14th, 2024. Our hearts go out to the Russell Point and Lakeview residence that suffered such great losses. Our place is on Long Island at Indian Lake and 17 miles from Mad River Mountain. Restaurants and dining by land or water, family-friendly activities, nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, the quiet neighborhood, and the comfy beds.
